Crofton Fit Body Boot Camp

I absolutely LOVE Fit Body Boot Camp. The classes are fantastic and push you to bring your best self. After years of disordered eating and stop/starting other workout programs, my relationship with my body has completely changed thanks to these workouts. I'm healthier, stronger, more fit, and damn proud of myself. The coaches are motivating and foster a truly caring community. For those with lots of old sports injuries like me, there are always modifications offered and coaches stay involved in the class to make sure everyone is working out safely. It's an incredibly positive environments thanks to the awesome members.

Great space. Excellent coaches who are fun and want to see you succeed. Studio is clean. Classes start and end on time. Several class types to work whole body.

This gym has it all: convenient hours, supportive coaches that help you throughout each exercise, supportive members that become your extended family, and nutrition support. I highly recommend Crofton Fit Body Boot Camp!

A very varied and challenging exercise program that keeps you constantly overcoming new challenges. Committed trainers who offer excellent customer service and continually motivate you. Facilities and equipment all the time clean and disinfected. Definitely recommended 100%.
